Location: Science City, Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-Time (On-floor)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM(Monday – Saturday)

About Us:

We are a fast-growing training institute dedicated to providing high-quality education and professional skill development. To strengthen our digital presence, we are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging posts, stories, and reels in line with brand guidelines.
  • Shoot and edit short-form video content for reels and YouTube.
  • Design basic graphics using Canva or similar tools.
  • Plan and schedule posts consistently to increase reach and engagement.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports using Excel and platform insights.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and training teams for content ideas.
  • Stay updated with social media trends to create viral and impactful content.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of graphic editing (Canva or similar).
  • Hands-on experience in creating and posting reels, shorts, and other social media formats.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube channel management, Facebook & LinkedIn posting.
  • Comfortable with basic tech tools like Canva, MS Excel, and other social media utilities.
  • Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
