Job Title: Software Technical Support Executive

Location: Kannur

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Technical Support Executive to provide excellent technical assistance to clients, resolve software-related issues, and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients for software applications via calls, emails, or remote sessions.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues promptly.

Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.

Document client interactions, reported issues, and solutions provided.

Assist clients with software installation, configuration, and usage guidance.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: BCA, MCA, M.Com, B.Com, B.Sc (CS), or B.Tech.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar technical support role.

Strong understanding of software systems and basic networking concepts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic troubleshooting tools.

Additional Information

Preference will be given to candidates from Kannur or nearby locations.
