Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Controller to lead the companys financial operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
  • Prepare, review, and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost controls.
  • Implement financial controls and best practices to safeguard company assets.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
  • Support management in strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
  • Consolidation at Entity and Group level on regular basis

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Good understanding of ICFR
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

Education & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
  • Minimum 56 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or steel industry.
