Position:
Premium Travel Sales Consultant

Job Overview:
We are looking for target-driven individuals with a passion for travel to join our team as Premium Travel Sales Consultants. You will be responsible for promoting and selling flights, hotels, and vacation packages to customers of a major international travel company, with a focus on a high-value subscription travel program. This role is crucial for driving revenue and providing world-class service.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer contacts (primarily via Voice) to sell and service complex international travel itineraries.
  • Proactively recommend and close sales for flights, hotel bookings, and travel packages, with a strong focus on the company's
    premium subscription offering
    .
  • Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Offer expert advice on destinations, fares, travel insurance, and product upgrades to maximize revenue.
  • Accurately process bookings, amendments, and cancellations using reservation systems (GDS knowledge is an advantage).
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing a professional and personalized booking experience.
  • Stay informed about global travel policies, trends, and product updates.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Experience:
    Minimum 6 months of proven experience in
    Travel Sales
    (handling flight/hotel/package sales) is mandatory.
  • Sales Focus:
    Demonstrated ability to perform in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Travel Knowledge:
    Knowledge of international travel destinations, airline fares, and basic travel terminology.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in English.

Work Details:

  • Shift:
    Rotational Shifts (Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts).
  • Weekly Off:
    Rotational Week Off.
