Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi Ncr for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to promote and sell the company's services or products. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, answering customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves identifying sales opportunities, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to address client needs efficiently and effectively
  • Strong Communication abilities for engaging conversations and rapport-building
  • Experience in Sales with a good understanding of achieving targets and meeting customer expectations
  • Prior exposure to providing Training related to products or services will be considered a plus
  • Possess a positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and team dynamics
