Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support white-collar recruitment activities as needed.
  • Maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and update reports using Excel.
  • Coordinate with department heads and team leads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Handle initial candidate interactions and assist in onboarding activities.
  • Support general HR operations and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Participate in HR-related initiatives such as employee engagement, attendance tracking, and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Graduation in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills in Tamil and English (both verbal and written).
  • Basic working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn about HR processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
