We are looking for a skilled Demi Chef de Partie with 5-10 years of experience to join our team at Belcibo Hospitality Pvt. Ltd, located in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the head chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation in all dishes.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Support inventory management and stock control of kitchen supplies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
