Location: India | Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Contract: 12 months

As the face of India's leading premium coloured lens brand, you'll be connecting with customers, makeup artists, and beauty lovers daily — ensuring every interaction feels smooth, friendly, and memorable.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responding to customer comments, DMs, emails, calls & queries with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
  • Assisting customers in placing orders and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Actively promoting and selling OLENS products to B2C customers and professional MUAs.
  • Building strong relationships with regular clients, influencers & MUA communities.
  • Representing the brand at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintaining clear documentation of interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Providing personalised product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Supporting social media engagement through quick, friendly responses.
  • Managing time efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

We're Looking For:

  • Excellent comprehension & composition skills (understand quickly, respond clearly).
  • Strong communication — both written and verbal.
  • Customer-friendly, patient, and solution-driven mindset.
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Interest in beauty, fashion, lenses & social media trends.
  • Ability to represent the brand with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Sales-driven attitude and a passion for helping people feel their best

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:30 pm)
  • Full-time in-office role
