Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Country General Manager (GM) in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high-level stakeholders. This role demands discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential situations with ease.
Job Responsibilities:
Executive Presence: Provide seamless support to the India GM, managing interactions with the India Senior Management team and global counterparts. Coordinate with Executive Assistants of global counterparts, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across time zones.
Communication: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, ensuring confidentiality in all matters. Manage the GM s calendar, travel arrangements, and meetings with a keen sense of priority and confidentiality.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Coordinate with various departments and teams to facilitate the GM's strategic initiatives. Job. Requirements:
Background and Experience:
Must have a background in multinational companies (MNCs), with current experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Management, CEO, or GM levels. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, providing top-tier support. Candidate Profile: Experience: 5-7 years of secretarial experience, with 4-6 years specifically in an EA role. Age: Maximum 35 years. Industry: Preference for candidates with experience in MNCs only, no experience in Indian companies. Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
