We're looking for a
Content, Data & Vendor Intern
who can contribute across multiple functions—content creation, data management, and vendor research.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management & Analysis

  • Collect, clean, and organize business and customer data for operational insights.
  • Maintain databases for inventory, orders, and customer records.
  • Assist in preparing regular reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

2. Content Creation & Social Media

  • Draft engaging blogs, product descriptions, and website/app content.
  • Plan and design social media posts and banners using Canva or similar tools.
  • Ideate, script, and create short-form
    Instagram/Facebook Reels
    to boost engagement.
  • Track performance of content across channels and suggest improvements.

3. Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers for furniture and appliances.
  • Reach out to vendors, negotiate terms, and maintain updated vendor records.
  • Support the operations team in onboarding and managing vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data/Analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets; basic data handling skills required.
  • Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, and
    video editing/reel-making tools
    (CapCut, InShot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
