Job Description

As a publisher, you will be responsible for the production of client and prospect materials and booklets (e.g., client review books, quarterly investment reports, new business pitch books). Handles content, manual desk-topping, sourcing and proofing performance, risk and attribution data. Collaborates with other internal teams such as the performance team and client relations associates to collate publication content. Provides input into organizing workflow and appropriate procedures.

Key Skills

  • Interest and working knowledge of financial markets and basic financial math's and ability to apply it to work assignments. Familiarity with re­­­­­sponsive design principles and frameworks
  • In-depth knowledge of desktop publishing.
  • Creation of marketing collaterals and work with firm systems, databases and resources to source quantitative and qualitative data, complete drafts of fund updates and other content updates within marketing materials.
  • Maintaining a high level of competency when reviewing data and reports, and quickly identifying both data and format issues.
  • Highly data centric role, requires exceptional attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of capital markets and different asset classes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Ability to prioritize assigned work and complete in a timely manner.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and MS Office applications in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and Outlook skills (intermediate/advanced).
  • Outstanding numeracy/quantitative skills.
  • Strong communication skills – Verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with databases such as Bloomberg, Aladdin, Morningstar, and Seismic will be a plus.

Education

Minimum bachelor's degree- preferable in commerce/finance or business administration. Strong knowledge of capital markets in case of any other discipline of bachelor's education.
