Job Type: Full-Time (Remote / Field Role)

Location Preference: Karnataka (Candidates based in Bangalore, Mysore, Hubli, Mangalore, or nearby districts preferred)

Reporting To: VP – Sales / Chief Business Officer

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (Gross per month) + Attractive Performance Incentives

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with fluency in Kannada and Telugu to expand our ATM Franchise business across Karnataka and adjoining Telugu-speaking regions.

This role involves identifying potential franchise partners, building and managing an agent network, driving conversions, and ensuring business growth under the Sahasra Network national project. The candidate will primarily operate remotely with field visits as required.

Key Responsibilities1. Franchise & Agent Recruitment

  • Identify and onboard franchise partners and sales agents across Karnataka and Andhra border regions.
  • Build a strong local network aligned with company goals.

  • Market Development

  • Scout and approve high-potential ATM locations (markets, transport hubs, town centers).

  • Collaborate with property owners, kirana shops, CSC centers, and entrepreneurs for partnerships.

  • Sales & Conversions

  • Achieve monthly targets for location submissions and franchise conversions.

  • Educate prospective partners on ROI, working capital requirements, and compliance.

  • Training & Support

  • Conduct regional training sessions (online/offline) for agents.

  • Ensure franchisees and agents are confident and compliant from day one.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and improve productivity of the agent/franchise network.

  • Submit regular business reports to the VP – Sales / CBO.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, channel development, or franchise management.
  • Fluency in Kannada and Telugu is mandatory; English/Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup with periodic travel.
