HR Fresher – Job Description

Role Overview:

The HR Fresher will support the Human Resources department in daily activities including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
  • Help in payroll coordination and attendance tracking.
  • Assist in employee engagement programs and HR events.
  • Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies.
  • Support the HR team in compliance and reporting activities.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of HR functions and labor laws (added advantage).
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,543.53 per month
