Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic F&O Presales & Delivery Manager to lead
global engagements across presales, solution design, and end-to-end project delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of functional knowledge, strategic communication, and leadership capability to help drive customer success and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (including AX)


• At least 3 years in a presales, solution architect, or project delivery leadership role


• Proven experience in delivering global implementations and managing cross-

cultural teams


• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and manufacturing modules


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Experience with RFPs, demos, and client presentations at CXO level


• Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O preferred
