Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Architect and design full-stack solutions for complex business requirements.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code following industry best practices.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
  • Manage project lifecycles from planning to deployment and post-production support.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
  • Ensure integration with third-party services, APIs, and payment gateways.
  • Maintain and optimize MongoDB databases with best schema practices.
  • Implement authentication and authorization using JWT/OAuth.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade legacy applications.
  • Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for scalable deployments.
  • Ensure proper CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment.
  • Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end test cases.
  • Monitor application performance and optimize server-side rendering (SSR).
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Manage Git repositories and ensure smooth branching strategies.
  • Document technical workflows, architecture, and APIs.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Handle large-scale projects with distributed teams.
  • Provide accurate project estimations and meet strict deadlines.
  • Coordinate with DevOps for containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Drive continuous improvements in processes, performance, and quality.
  • Take full ownership of product releases and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with MERN stack.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise projects.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6+, and modern frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB performance tuning and indexing.
  • Proficiency in , Redux, , or similar frameworks.
  • Expertise in and for scalable backends.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP deployment.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
