Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Business Studies Faculty/Trainer to teach and mentor students in subjects related to Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, and Entrepreneurship. The ideal candidate will have strong teaching skills, subject expertise, and the ability to engage students through interactive and practical learning methods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lectures and sessions on Business Studies and related topics.
  • Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
  • Encourage analytical and critical thinking among students through case studies and discussions.
  • Evaluate and monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Integrate real-world business examples and technology tools into teaching.
  • Participate in academic planning, training workshops, and team meetings.
  • Stay updated with current business trends, policies, and market practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of business concepts, markets, and industry dynamics.
  • Ability to use digital tools and AI-based teaching aids is a plus.
  • Prior teaching/training experience preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
