Role Description

This is a full-time WFH role located in Kolkata for a Faculty - General Studies. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering lectures, creating and updating study materials & engaging presentations, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and providing strategic mentoring for various government exams, uploading class recordings. The role includes preparing students for UPSC CSE, WBCS, CDS, EPFO, and related exams, ensuring a thorough understanding of concepts and exam patterns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong knowledge in General Studies and familiarity with the curriculum of UPSC CSE, WBCS, CDS, EPFO, and other related exams
• Proficiency in English & Bengali,
• Experience in teaching or mentoring students for competitive exams, preferably with a strong track record of results
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Capability to create and update comprehensive study materials and handwritten notes
• Ability to conduct effective doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized mentoring
• Relevant academic credentials and certifications would be advantageous
• Good to have a Laptop/Desktop & Pen Tab for online teaching
