We are seeking an experienced and dedicated faculty member to teach Ethics, Integrity, and Aptitude (GS Paper IV) for UPSC/Civil Services aspirants. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Retired from administrative services (IAS/IPS/IRS or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong understanding of governance, public administration, and ethical frameworks
  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, or guiding students for competitive exams
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and provide real-life examples

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct classes (online or in-person) covering the Ethics, Integrity, and Aptitude syllabus
  • Guide students on case studies and answer-writing strategies
  • Mentor students on developing critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Provide timely feedback and support

Requirements:

  • Retired from government service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring civil service aspirants
