Position: Part-Time Faculty – MBA Program

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic faculty member to teach MBA courses on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should combine strong academic knowledge with practical industry experience to deliver impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging lectures, workshops, and tutorials.
  • Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments.
  • Guide students on projects, case studies, and research.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
  • Incorporate industry insights into teaching.
  • Participate in academic meetings and mentoring activities.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent (Ph.D. preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Prior teaching experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
