Job Summary:
We are looking for a polite, well-presented, and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage front desk operations at our automobile showroom/workshop. The candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and must ensure a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in customers and visitors courteously
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the concerned department (Sales / Service / Insurance / Accessories)
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and appointment bookings
- Register customer details in system/register
- Coordinate with Service Advisors / Sales Executives for customer handling
- Maintain visitor log, job card entries, and appointment schedules
- Handle basic billing support, document collection, and follow-ups if required
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at reception area
- Support CRM activities and customer feedback collection
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi & local language)
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM preferred)
- Customer-friendly attitude and multitasking ability
- Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- 0–2 years experience as receptionist (Automobile experience preferred)
Working Hours:
As per showroom/workshop schedule
Salary & Benefits:
- As per industry standards salary & incentives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹23,000.00 per month
