Job Purpose

The
Physician Assistant
at
PRS Neurosciences
will play a
hybrid role
that combines clinical expertise with high-level executive support. The position involves
providing medical assistance, health monitoring, and clinical coordination
while simultaneously managing the
daily professional and personal schedule of the CEO/Chairman
.

This role requires a dynamic, organized, and compassionate professional who can handle patient-care responsibilities and administrative functions with equal competence and discretion.

Relevant Experience

Experience in Nursing, Clinical Support, or Healthcare Administration — with proven ability to manage both
medical and executive coordination tasks
.

Key Responsibilities1. Executive and Personal Assistance

  • Manage and organize the daily calendar, appointments, and travel schedules of the CEO/Chairman.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics and documentation are in place.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and communications with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Liaise with internal departments, business associates, and external partners as directed.
  • Prepare meeting briefs, minutes, and summaries for follow-ups and action items.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the CEO/Chairman and other departments or stakeholders.
  • Anticipate requirements, prioritize tasks, and proactively support executive needs.
  • Maintain discretion in handling sensitive personal and business information.
  • Assist in day-to-day operational activities, both professional and personal, as required.

2. Coordination and Support

  • Serve as the central point of contact for all medical and administrative coordination related to the executive's schedule.
  • Maintain updated inventories of medicines, health equipment, and essential supplies.
  • Ensure medical and office equipment is properly maintained and operational.
  • Coordinate with the HR and Medical Services departments for periodic health awareness and safety initiatives.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity at all times.

Requirements and Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of clinical practices, healthcare coordination, and patient management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle pressure, and manage diverse tasks efficiently.
  • Pleasant personality, proactive approach, and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing.
