Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Support Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in maintaining and organizing onboarding documentation for new hires, including employment contracts, forms, and training materials.

  2. Assist in coordinating new hire orientation sessions and training activities.

  3. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

  4. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and processing of employee inquiries.

  5. Prepare HR-related reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint. Assist with other basic HR activities as needed.

  6. Support end-to-end hiring activities across Investment Banking and Venture Capital roles, including posting job openings on relevant platforms, screening applications, and shortlisting high-potential candidates.

  7. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams, ensuring smooth communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  8. Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and role alignment, maintaining structured records of applications and interview feedback for seamless hiring operations.

Administrative Assistance:

  1. Manage office operations, including coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

  2. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.

  3. Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and conferences.

  4. Maintain and update administrative systems and databases.

  5. Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.

  6. Handle general administrative tasks and provide support to various departments as needed.

  7. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

  9. Manage special events of employees and send them Gifts and Cakes for their Birthday, work anniversaries, Marriage Anniversaries etc.

  10. Coordinate and oversee office maintenance activities, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

  11. Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

  12. Liaise with vendors and service providers, and ensure timely payment.

  13. Travel responsibilities are included in this role. You may be required to travel for office work as needed, depending on business requirements.

Executive Assistance:

  1. Provide high-level administrative support to CEO & Founder.

  2. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

  3. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  4. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  5. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

  6. Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by CEO & Founder.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

  2. 2-4 years of professional experience in administrative and HR functions, including recruitment for Investment Banking or Venture Capital roles.

  3. Proficiency in HR management systems, MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace.

  4. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage ad-hoc assignments, and handle confidential information with discretion.
