Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to handle day-to-day petty administrative and clerical tasks. The role involves maintaining basic records, handling small cash transactions, supporting office staff, and ensuring smooth back-end operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage petty cash expenses and maintain daily cash book.
- Prepare vouchers, bills, and expense entries.
- Support the accounts or admin team with basic documentation.
- Handle filing, photocopying, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Follow up with vendors, transporters, or suppliers for small tasks or deliveries.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and raise purchase requests when needed.
- Assist in dispatch or inward/outward material records (if required by the department).
- Support management in any other routine office work.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email handling.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of accounts or admin work.
- Honest, punctual, and disciplined with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions properly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
