Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to handle day-to-day petty administrative and clerical tasks. The role involves maintaining basic records, handling small cash transactions, supporting office staff, and ensuring smooth back-end operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage petty cash expenses and maintain daily cash book.
  • Prepare vouchers, bills, and expense entries.
  • Support the accounts or admin team with basic documentation.
  • Handle filing, photocopying, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Follow up with vendors, transporters, or suppliers for small tasks or deliveries.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and raise purchase requests when needed.
  • Assist in dispatch or inward/outward material records (if required by the department).
  • Support management in any other routine office work.

Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email handling.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounts or admin work.
  • Honest, punctual, and disciplined with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and follow instructions properly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
