Back-Office Civil Engineer

Location:
Bhatar, Surat.

Timings: -
10:00 A.M to 6:30 P.M

Salary: -
As Per Experience and ability

Age limit: -
up to 45 years. | only for Male Candidate.

Key Responsibilities: -

Attendance & Wage Management

·  Record and maintain
daily site attendance
for laborers and subcontractors & DPR.

· Apply
multiple wage structures
(e.g., daily wages, piece-rate, contractor-specific) based on contract terms.

Billing & Cost Calculations

· Generate Daily Progress Report on work completed, manpower, equipment, materials, and any safety incidents or delays.

· Generate
measurement sheets
,
Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
, and
Running Account (RA) bills
leveraging site data.

·  Perform
rate analysis
, cost estimation, and
cost reconciliation
between actual site usage and theoretical consumption.

·  Process and validate
subcontractor invoices
, ensuring completeness and contract adherence.

· Reconcile material usage—specifically cement and steel—for work executed by the end of the month and after the project's completion.

Documentation & Reporting

·  Maintain comprehensive billing and attendance records using
MS Excel
.

Coordination & Communication

· Liaise with
site engineers
,
contractors
,
accounts
, and
project managers
to align data, resolve discrepancies, and support billing cycles.

·   Assist in
verifying site measurements
, including joint inspections where needed.

·  Communicate professionally through
reports, emails, and letters
, ensuring clear and fluent English usage.
