Role: HR Business Partner

Industry: Real Estate

Designation: Assistant Manager

Department: Human Resources

Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  2. Execute company-wide engagement initiatives that foster Infinium's culture of ownership, collaboration, and integrity.

  3. Drive events, celebrations, recognition programs, and internal communication campaigns.

  4. Conduct periodic feedback sessions, pulse surveys, and employee connect programs.

  5. HR Operations & Administration

  6. Manage day-to-day HR operations: attendance, leaves, HRMS updates, documentation, and employee records.

  7. Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accuracy of HR data.

  8. Oversee onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring a smooth employee life cycle.

  9. Performance Management Support

  10. Support the performance management cycle: goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.

  11. Track progress on employee goals and ensure timely completion of performance documentation.

  12. Assist in identifying capability gaps and coordinating relevant training programs.

  13. Employee Relations & Workplace Support

  14. Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and workplace issues.

  15. Provide guidance to employees on policies, processes, and HR procedures.

  16. Escalate issues to the Head of HR with timely insights and recommended actions.

  17. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  18. Ensure compliance with HR policies, company guidelines, and statutory requirements.

  19. Maintain updated HR records for audits, documentation, and legal adherence.
  20. Ensure consistency and fairness in applying HR rules and SOPs across teams.

Ideal Qualification & Skills:

· 3–7 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to HR operations, engagement, and employee relations.

· Experience in real estate, construction, retail, or fast-paced environments is an added advantage.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams.

· High ownership, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
