Job Title Business Development Executive Industry Iron and Steel Location Muthukulathur Preferred Salary 17 000 - 20 000 per month for Freshers Salary negotiable for experienced candidates Qualification Any Degree or Diploma Working Days Timing Monday to Saturday 9 30 AM to 6 00 PM Experience 0-2 years Freshers can apply We are hiring a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to handle field sales and client acquisition in Muthukulathur for our iron and steel products The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential customers including builders contractors fabricators and dealers Promote iron and steel products through field visits and client meetings Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable product solutions Generate and follow up on sales leads to convert them into business Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term success Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service Track market trends competitor activity and report to management Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain daily activity reports Required Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of iron and steel products preferred not mandatory Willingness to travel and work in field sales Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications Eligibility Criteria Qualification Any Degree or Diploma Experience 0-2 years Language Tamil must basic English preferred Bike with valid license Preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 17 500 00 - 19 500 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Language Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
