Job Title: Senior Customer Service Associate (Blended Process - Import & Export Shipping)
Shift: US Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)
Mode: Work-from-office

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Associate (Accounts Payable- OPS) to join our team in a Blended process role, specifically handling import and export shipments Invoice Prcoessing.The ideal candidate will have specific experience in logistics operations, including managing shipments, tracking, and providing customer support related to the logistics process. This role requires the candidate to be comfortable with night shifts and working in US rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to logistics shipments (import and export).
  • Provide detailed support regarding the status, tracking, and resolution of shipment issues.
  • Assist with the preparation of shipment documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding shipping delays, missing packages, or other logistics-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalations for further follow-up.
  • Ensure all logistics inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner while meeting performance standards.

Eligibility:

  • HSC or Graduate (Minimum 1 year of specific experience in logistics shipment management—import and export required,Accounts Payable ).
  • Prior experience in logistics and shipping operations is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Comfortable working in US rotational shifts and night shifts.
  • Must be okay to travel to the office.
  • Pick-up and drop-off transportation will be provided.
