India Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our India operations forward, overseeing freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and project logistics.

The ideal candidate will have full P&L accountability, leading the India business with strategic vision and commercial acumen. We require a dynamic professional to develop and execute a pan-India strategy aligned with our global growth vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the India business with full P&L ownership and strategic direction.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive India strategy in line with our global growth objectives.
  • Drive warehousing expansion, integrated distribution solutions, and scale IOR/EOR services across multiple regions.
  • Expand business across key verticals, including chemicals, steel, automotive, and defense industries.
  • Strengthen and scale project logistics practice, incubate 4PL control tower solutions using proprietary SCM platforms.
  • Expand and strengthen road logistics and partial truckload services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12-15 years of leadership experience in freight forwarding, warehousing, or integrated logistics in India.
  • Strong exposure to chemical logistics and regulated supply chains, with a proven track record of scaling operations nationally.
  • Deep understanding of customs, bonded warehousing, and multimodal transport, with a strong focus on execution and commercial acumen.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial background, able to lead large, multi-location teams and drive business growth.
