Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced WFX ERP Specialist to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with WFX ERP solutions, with a strong understanding of implementation, configuration, support, and end-user training. The candidate should be capable of bridging business processes with technical workflows, ensuring smooth operations across production, merchandising, supply chain, and finance modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the WFX ERP system across departments, including Merchandising, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand business requirements and align them with WFX functionalities.
  • Lead and support WFX ERP implementation, upgrades, and module enhancements.
  • Configure workflows, forms, reports, and user access control within WFX.
  • Provide technical support and training to users and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure smooth integration of WFX with other systems (HRMS, Accounting, BI tools, etc.) where applicable.
  • Generate MIS reports and dashboards using WFX for management review.
  • Liaise with the WFX vendor support team for advanced troubleshooting and customization requirements.
  • Monitor data consistency, backup, and security protocols within WFX ERP.
  • Document SOPs, training manuals, and functional specifications for ongoing and new processes.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience in WFX ERP (Merchandising, PLM, Supply Chain, Quality, etc.)
  • Good understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle
  • Workflow configuration and user role management
  • Data analytics and reporting through WFX
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Basic knowledge of SQL / database concepts (preferred)
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, Power BI, or any reporting tools (preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • WFX certification (if available) would be an added advantage
  • Prior experience in the textile/apparel/garment industry is highly preferred
