Job Summary

We are seeking an ERP Training Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in instructional design, particularly for ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality training materials for ERP users, including eLearning modules, ILT decks, user manuals, job aids, and simulations.
  • Collaborate with ERP consultants, internal SMEs, and process owners to create learner-friendly content that aligns with business requirements.
  • Develop end-user learning journeys that cover pre-implementation, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
  • Use instructional design tools to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Leverage digital adoption tools like Whatfix to embed contextual learning into ERP systems.
  • Apply multimedia tools to create high-quality videos, animations, and voiceovers.
  • Review and improve content based on learner feedback and training effectiveness data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in instructional design for ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of tools including Whatfix, Articulate 360, Canva, video editing software, and audio encrypting tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or basic programming is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, eLearning authoring tools, and multimedia production tools.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Effective communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities.
