ERP Financials Specialist

The Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to support the development and delivery of training content. As an ERP Financials specialist, you will work closely with subject matter experts to create engaging and informative training materials that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training content on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials applications.
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify knowledge gaps and develop training plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Contribute to the design and development of educational resources, including online courses, videos, and guides.

Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP Financials Cloud Applications.
  • Practical knowledge and consulting field experience working with several Oracle Fusion Technologies, including Risk Management, Project Budgeting & Forecasting, Project Costing & Capital Projects, Enterprise Contract Management & Project Billing, Project Management & Task Management, Resource Management, Grants Management, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Tax, Financial Reporting (SmartView, Financial Reporting Studio, Fusion Analytics Warehouse - ERP Analytics), and Accounting Hub.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
