As a seasoned ERP implementation specialist, you will play a pivotal role in gathering and analyzing business requirements to translate them into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technical teams to define system requirements, integrations, and customizations.
  • Lead the upgrade project and act as SME for Oracle SCM module.
  • Conduct functional testing, UAT, and troubleshoot issues during project cycles.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for ERP best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in one or more Oracle SCM modules.
  • Proven track record in EBS Upgrade to 12.2.14
  • Knowledge of business process flows in respective module.
  • Experience with requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional documentation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle SQL and reporting tools like BI.
