Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and confident Female Telecaller to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of telecalling/customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle client interactions with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain services
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain call records and update customer databases
  • Follow up with leads and ensure conversion into appointments or sales
  • Meet daily/weekly calling and performance targets
  • Maintain a professional and polite communication style at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Customer Care Executive
  • Female candidates only
  • Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Strong persuasive and problem-solving skills
  • Must be based in or willing to travel to Gurgaon
