Greetings

Opening with the Reputed Group hiring for Masterbatches Vertical for the position - Sales Manager.

Qualification B. Tech in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field from CIPET (or equivalent institute).Or MBA from a reputed institute is preferred.

Experience: 2 years sales experience in B2B environment - MUST (Plastics or masterbatch compounding industry preferred)

The incumbent will be responsible for instrumental in driving the growth of sales for the range of plastic masterbatches

Responsibilities

  • Identify new export opportunities and potential markets.
  • Analyze market trends and demands for effective market entry.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings to understand needs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies for acquiring new international business.
  • Collaborate across teams to tailor offerings to global clients.
  • Showcase products at international exhibitions and events.
  • Network with industry peers and connect with potential clients.
  • Forecast sales trends to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Utilize data analysis for proactive growth planning.
  • Oversee credit control processes for timely payment collection.
  • Manage credit terms and mitigate payment risks.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and insightful performance analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (a plus).
