Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Product Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing detailed information about Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, and assisting with test drives. Additionally, the Product Specialist will conduct follow-ups with potential clients to facilitate the sales process, manage customer service inquiries, and participate in sales events and promotional activities to enhance client engagement.

  • Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills
  • A genuine passion for luxury vehicles and the automotive industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in the luxury automotive sector is beneficial
