Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sr. Sales Executive specializing in real estate, based in Noida. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales efforts, identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, promoting properties, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction by addressing their needs and requirements promptly.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in real estate, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of market research, property marketing techniques, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in understanding and interpreting real estate regulations and legal documentation.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the Noida real estate market will be an added advantage.
