Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused User Access Management Specialist to support daily provisioning and deprovisioning of user access across enterprise applications within the UPS network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user access oversight, system support, and issue resolution.

• Perform daily user provisioning and deprovisioning for enterprise applications.
• Maintain and monitor the team support mailbox, responding to user queries and access-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application access issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure compliance with internal access control policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of access requests, changes, and issue resolutions.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal users and stakeholders.

Mandatory skills:

• 8+ Years of experience in User Access Provisioning/Deprovisioning in a corporate IT environment.
• 6+ Strong system support background, particularly in troubleshooting access-related issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
