Position Summary

The System Support Specialist will be responsible for learning and maintaining the HR software system for Payroll and HR Outsourcing, including the diagnosing of issues and launching of new services, all while supporting the relationship between Vensure, Division Partners, clients, and vendors. This role will be part of a collaborative team focused on validating changes to client technology platforms and supporting the implementation of new system capabilities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business applications, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining overall system setup of HRIS software system as well as other third-party products offered to clients.
  • Manage user access, role security, and system workflows.
  • Oversee and update team project task lists to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Provide first-level support for system-related queries and issues.
  • Create and track internal and external support tickets.
  • Assist in testing and validating system changes and new features.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, including researching within system documentation and thinking outside the box for additional resources.
  • Provide internal training; may occasionally extend to external training.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks while effectively prioritizing additional tasks, issues, and additional responsibilities.

Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years of experience in system or application support, preferably in HRIS/Payroll platforms.

Good understanding of HR and payroll processes; exposure to PEO/ASO models is an advantage.

Working knowledge of US tax structures and compliance preferred but not mandatory.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues independently.

Good communication skills to interact with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Experience in creating documentation and training materials is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential data.

Education

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Computer Science)

Certifications in HR systems or project management are an added advantage.
