Role and Responsibilities

Implementation and Maintenance:

  • Leading the full lifecycle of ERP projects, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

System Optimization:

  • Identifying and resolving issues, performing diagnostics, and implementing system updates and upgrades to improve functionality and security.

User Support and Training:

  • Providing ongoing support and training to end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.

Data Management

  • Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ERP capabilities.

Project Management:

  • Overseeing ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, control, and closure.

Integration:

  • Ensuring seamless integration of the ERP system with other applications.

Need Analysis:

  • Understanding current processes, designing process flows, and performing gap analysis.

ERP related assignments from time to time.

Skills set:

  1. Candidates should have zeal and attitude to learn new thinks.

  2. Ready to work in extended hours.

  3. Acquaint with all new technology and its application.

  4. Candidates must have good command over Communication and English language.
