Ltd. is a Jaipur-based financial services company dealing in a variety of loan products, including used car loans, business loans, and other secured/unsecured loans. We are expanding our presence in Agra and looking for a self-driven professional to establish and grow our business in the region.

Job Overview

We are hiring an Area Business Manager for our Agra territory to independently handle loan sales and business development. The candidate will be responsible for building a strong market presence, developing dealer relationships, and driving loan disbursements — all while working remotely (without a local office setup).Team handling responsibility may be assigned later based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and onboard new dealers, DSAs, and business partners for various loan products (used car loans, secured and unsecured loans).
  • Sales Achievement: Generate leads and achieve monthly loan disbursement targets through self-sourcing and networking.
  • Market Expansion: Grow the company's reach in Agra and nearby areas through active market visits and relationship building.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the Jaipur head office team (credit, operations, and documentation) for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
  • Customer Handling: Maintain healthy relationships with customers, ensure proper documentation, and resolve queries effectively.
  • Reporting: Share regular updates and performance reports with the management team.
  • Team Building (Future Scope): Based on performance, may lead a small local team in the coming months.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in loan sales / DSA channel / financial services.
  • Strong local market knowledge and dealer network preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working independently (without office setup).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Own vehicle and smartphone required.
