As a
PSE Non-Conformity Management Leader
, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the management and resolution of all Level 3 (L3) cases across diverse product lines—including Gas Turbines, Compressors, and Steam Turbine Auxiliaries—while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards in accordance with established KPIs.
  • Facilitating collaboration with Customers, Site teams and cross-functional engineering groups to develop and implement effective, robust corrective actions at project locations yielding in customer satisfaction.
  • Presenting NCM (Non-Conformity Management) trends and resolution status during Quality Monthly Reviews (sQMR), with a focus on in-depth analysis of critical cases based on complexity and cost-of-quality considerations.
  • Driving the identification of actionable insights and oversee the implementation of solutions to prevent recurrence of issues across equipment design, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of internal and external engineers, typically comprising 5 to 10 members (Natural Team). This role includes guiding, coaching, and mentoring team members to achieve targeted outcomes and maintain high standards of performance across all assigned cases.
  • Leading the implementation of the Non-Conformity Management (NCM) Reduction Framework, targeting a year-over-year reduction of NCMs by 25%. This includes overseeing activities related to loopback, containment, and preventive action identification, and securing approvals from Technical Title Holders (TTH) to ensure sustained quality improvements.
  • Collaborating closely with the configuration team to ensure the effective implementation and adoption of preventive actions.
  • Facilitating comprehensive technical training and leads lessons learned sharing initiatives to enhance team expertise in core business products, while fostering cross-functional skill development and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree or PhD from an accredited university or college in Mechanical / Chemical / Production / Structural Engineering.
  • Have minimum of 12 years of professional working experience in an Oil & Gas or Energy organization.
  • Have proven experience in Leading mission-based team or initiatives to derive Business outcomes, ability to drive Cultural transformations, demonstrating effective leadership capabilities.
  • Personal Attributes: Conscientious, adaptable, and versatile with a determined approach. Demonstrates assertive, positive communication and consistently delivers high performance.
  • Demonstrated experience of working with Customer and Site teams on Site Issue resolution.
  • Have experience in the design and working of Compression and Steam Turbine and Gas Turbine Auxiliaries.
  • Demonstrated expertise with critical mechanical and/or System components, including baseplates, piping, valves, lifting equipment, painting requirements, Piping and Instrument Diagrams, Control and Safety valves, and Balance of plant design.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; possession of Six Sigma Greenbelt certification or Root Cause Analysis certification is highly desirable.
