Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst with 3+ years' experience analyzing enterprise communication and AI data. You will track performance, costs, and customer metrics to drive optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze call statistics, usage trends, and AI token consumption.
  • Develop dashboards (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Provide insights to improve KPIs and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with product/AI teams for data-driven enhancements.
  • Experience working on large data sets using Modern languages like Python
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience of statistical modelling/data analysis tools (SAS, Python) and techniques
  • Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression etc.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
  • Skilled in SQL, Tableau/Power BI.
  • Familiar with telephony and AI usage metrics.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Career Growth:

Progress into Senior Analyst or Data Scientist roles, focusing on advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
