Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, process, and analyze large data sets using established techniques.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets to inform decision-making.
  • Design and implement data storage solutions to optimize data retrieval and reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to define data requirements and structures.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports for data interpretation.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance checks on datasets.
  • Leverage statistical tools to perform predictive analysis and modeling.
  • Support various departments in understanding data insights and implementing recommendations.
  • Stay current with industry trends in data analytics and apply innovative methodologies.
  • Document data analysis processes and methodologies for future reference.
  • Create user training materials on data tools and processes.
  • Participate in project management initiatives to ensure data-driven project success.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot database performance and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Assist in developing KPIs and performance metrics for key business functions.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Proficient in SQL and relational database systems.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong statistical analysis and forecasting skills.
  • Knowledge of data mining techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  • Strong communication skills to present analytical findings.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Prior experience working with large datasets and analytical tools.
  • Understanding of business intelligence concepts and methodologies.
