Role: AV Event Technician

Location: Pune, India (on-site)

Salary: Negotiable (Dependent on experience), plus company benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week

We now have a new opportunity for a proven audio visual technician to join our high-profile client site, which has a dynamic team and a highly collaborative working environment.

The role will help manage and oversee delivery of the on-site event services between Kinly and the client and involves a high degree of exposure, across all aspects of audio visual, video conference, digital signage and presentation technologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Video/audio conference setup and support

• Support internal and external events and assist/coordinate the provision of support for internal and external high priority events

• Assist with support for video/audio conferencing problems; investigating faults and recommending further actions to rectify

• Ensure all multi-media/presentation rooms are maintained in good working order

• AV equipment setup and support

• Presentation/multi-media meeting room support & assist with support for multi-media broadcasting.

• Arrange equipment loans and hire to meet client specification

• Carry out regular preventative room checks, ensuring all equipment functions correctly in accordance with the room check procedure

• Proactive maintenance/reporting to ensure all AV equipment is always of the highest standard and functioning correctly

• Assist with first- and second-line fault repairs and carry out all power down/up when required

Skills and experience:

The successful candidate must have experience working in a similar position; within a corporate and commercial environment. They will possess strong communications skills, capable of liaising at all levels and will be highly organised and customer-focused.
