Responsibilities:

  • He / She must have SAP background.
  • Regular follow-up with team for deliverables, project deadlines and task assignments.
  • Validation for monthly consultant reports.
  • Requirement assignments validation in place by the leads.
  • He must be good in Microsoft office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • He / She require to develop Management Presentation.
  • Good in organizing documentations.
  • Attending business meeting, understand requirements and involve the team. Make project notes and publish MoM.
  • Arranging business/support feedback.
  • To participate in team activities and team planning with the aim of improving team skills, awareness, and quality of work.
  • To accurately log time for completed tasks, should have working experience on Agile methodology.
  • Assist project managers in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, budgets, and other project documentation.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project management tools and templates.
  • Facilitate project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Support risk and issue management processes.
  • Collect and analyze project data to generate regular and ad-hoc reports on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Contribute to the development of PMO dashboards and metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in project management systems.
  • Support the implementation and adherence to PMO standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in the audit of project compliance with PMO guidelines.
  • Support communication efforts related to PMO activities and project updates.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

  • Education- BE/BTech/MBA.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). (Having Pirnce-2, PMP certification will be added weightage to profile).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
