About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our Program Management Office (PMO) and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives. This role is critical to driving data-informed decisions across product lifecycle stages, from concept to launch. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, quality, and product teams to ensure data integrity, visibility, and actionable insights that accelerate innovation and operational excellence.
What you will be doing
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets related to product development, configuration management, and lifecycle performance
- Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Incorta, and other visualization tools to support PMO and NPI decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps, streamline workflows, and improve reporting accuracy
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel VBA, Python, or other scripting tools
Who you are and What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a product development or manufacturing environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, formulas) and Power BI
- Programming skills such as Python, SQL, or R for data manipulation and automation
- Strong understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Certification in Data Analytics, Six Sigma, or related fields is a plus
