Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive
Jr. Executive – Purchase
to support procurement activities for pharmaceutical operations. The role involves sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely availability of materials as per production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables
  • Coordinate with vendors for
    price negotiation, delivery schedules, and quality
  • Raise
    purchase orders (POs)
    and follow up for timely material receipt
  • Maintain vendor records, purchase data, and documentation
  • Coordinate with
    Production, PPIC, QA, and Stores
    departments
  • Ensure compliance with
    company policies and GMP requirements
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and cost control initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any Graduate
  • 2–3 years of experience in
    pharma purchase / procurement
  • Good knowledge of
    procurement processes and vendor management
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel / ERP systems
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
