Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, carpentry, and flooring.
  • Ensure all finishing work meets design specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Manage and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
  • Monitor progress and resolve site issues to avoid delays.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
  • Liaise with project managers, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with site regulations.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and update project timelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finishing works within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of managing finishing teams and delivering high-end finishes.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in finishing.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and site documentation.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • Certification in construction safety or site management (added advantage)
