Finishing Foreman

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, carpentry, and flooring.Ensure all finishing work meets design specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.Manage and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.Monitor progress and resolve site issues to avoid delays.Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.Liaise with project managers, architects, and subcontractors.Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with site regulations.Prepare daily progress reports and update project timelines.RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in finishing works within the construction industry.Proven track record of managing finishing teams and delivering high-end finishes.Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in finishing.Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with safety standards and site documentation.QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).Certification in construction safety or site management (added advantage)
