**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Supervision and Coordination**
- Oversee all on-site activities and manage the daily workflow of construction teams, labourers, and subcontractors.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact, coordinating effectively with Project Managers, Architects, Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the project plans, design specifications, and contractual documents.
- **Quality Control**
- Conduct regular inspections of the work to guarantee it meets our firm's rigorous quality standards and the client's expectations.
- Identify and rectify any defects or deviations from the design, ensuring a flawless finish.
- **Timeline and Budget Management**
- Enforce all health and safety protocols on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for everyone.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks, ensuring all personnel comply with safety regulations.
- **Material and Resource Management**:

- Coordinate the timely procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment.
- Manage on-site inventory to prevent shortages or wastage, ensuring resources are available as needed.
- **Communication and Reporting**:

- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between the on-site team, the design office, contractors, and the client.
- Prepare and maintain detailed daily site reports, progress logs, and other necessary documentation.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Analyze problems and implement effective solutions with mínimal disruption to the project timeline.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- _**Experience**_

minimum of [e.g., 3-5] years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role, specifically within the interior design or high-end residential/commercial construction industry.
- _**Technical Knowledge**:_

Strong understanding of interior construction methods, materials, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works, and finishing details. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
- _**Leadership Skills**_

Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team of workers and subcontractors.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
